Custom homes in West Omaha.
In-town luxury on established streets. Woodland East is under way, and a rare 0.59-acre homesite near Lake Zorinsky is open now.

Why West Omaha
Mature trees, finished neighborhoods, no SID taxes and ten minutes to everything. The challenge in West Omaha is finding the ground. The opportunity is building something that belongs on a street where the homes have been there for thirty years.
Woodland East is our current build here. The homesite at 16816 Ontario Street is available now, and we are working with owners and agents on two more infill parcels.
